AMILA participated in the International Health & Fitness Congress that was held in Vellidio Conference Center of Thessaloniki on March 15-17 2019.
The 28th IHFC is the annual conference-institution for Fitness. The participants (Exercise Professionals, scientists, students, students, members of the organization, as well as trainees) had the opportunity to attend and participate in more than 45 sessions for the latest developments in the Personal Training , Group Exercise, Pilates, Yogah.
